Owen Wilson, the staple in the Shang-Hi Noon/Shang-Hi Knights dou with Jackie Chan attempted suicide the other day! Did you hear that??? Apparently he slit his rists. He was unsucessful. He happens to be one of my favorite male actors due to his humor, athough the movies he's chosen to do lately (The Wedding Crashers for starters) have been less than wholesome. Although I did enjoy Night at the Museum, but was disapointed by his lack of appearance as well as the shoddy humor . I haven't seen the Wedding Crashers, but I have seen the previews and I remember being so disapointed when I found out he was in it. Just like how I've always loved David Spade's humor, until I saw his talk show on Comedy Central. SUPER offensive. Anywho....I was shocked by this news, and wonder what makes him so miserable that he would attempt to end his life?
It just goes to show that having "it all" really isn't all it's cracked up to be.
And since I'm not a newswoman see Msnbc for more accurate detail.

Just don't watch "You, Me and Dupree". That movie ruined ALL liking I had for Wilson...and then some! DISGUSTING!!!

I saw the previews and that was enough for me...
I just like his roles/acting in the Shang-hi Noon/Knights duo. Some of the stuff he does is stinkin' hilarious! And I think the only other movies I've seen him in are Meet the Parents and Night at the Museum.
There was a scene in Dupree where he very graphically masturbates. That was enough to ruin my entire perception of him. I still am disturbed by what I saw...and it was a LOOOOOOONG time ago!
