36 Weeks

This update will be short and sweet. I've no time for such luxuries as blogging when I'm cleaning and organizing like the President himself is coming for an extended stay. Besides, the current picture pretty much says it all. Big, tired, bloated...and almost done I hope. Either way, time is going by fast and with all the reading and cleaning I've been doing lately it seems to be going by even faster. I've just been sent an amazing book by a dear friend called Ina May's Guide to Natural Childbirth and I simply cannot put it down (well, in between cleaning jigs, that is). I recommend this book to all my pregnant friends, or those wishing to become pregnant. It is so empowering and emotional and I really connect with it. So much so that when I read it I develop multiple contractions! Funny how that happens. Interested in a few of my favorite things lately?? Well, I'll gladly fill you in! Comfy pants, Magic Erasers, Stouffer's single serving Margarita Pizza's, cooking with my NEW Kitchen Aid Mixer, Bath & Body Works Detox and Sleep Aromatherapy bubble baths and lotion (when I can manage to get myself in and out of the bathtub that is), crushed ice (lots and lots of it), and my rice sock for my tense shoulder muscles. So there you have it. A peek into the world of a hugely pregnant Mommy Rader. I have weekly appointments now with my doc so hopefully the updates will come more frequently. I'll also attempt weekly belly pics as the time draws nearer to accompany these weekly updates. Not much longer now before I'll be posting pics of our newest edition! Until next week...

You look good. Can you believe our little sweet ones are almost here? I'm with you, with all that we have to do in the last few weeks, it makes it go by super fast. I have no more than 3.5 weeks, yay! I'm so ready!

You look amazing! You haven't gained an ounce anywhere but that baby-good for you! And props to Ina May! (She was a contributor to Ricki Lake's "Business of Being Born", btw.) I can't wait to hear all about the birth, and how you were able to do it your way in spite of being in the hospital. Hey, maybe you'll be the first natural birth those docs/nurses will have even seen! You can teach them! Yay! Hope you hold up well these last few weeks.

Oh fun! I am sure you are super excited to meet your little girl! I can't wait to see pictures! You are looking great! Do you feel like you are carrying differently with her than you did with your boys?

You look fabulous! All belly! Be sure to get some rest. I can't wait until I feel like organizing or cleaning. All I want to do is lay around and eat junk food which is no good!

Btw, according to these two pics (32 and 36 weeks) it looks like you've dropped, is that true?
