Over-worked and Under-paid

That's how I feel. Over-worked and under-paid :) The life of a wife and mother, right? Though the pay check at the end of the day brings more joy to my heart than any amount of money ever could. But still...man am I beat. Guess what I did today? I CLEANED THE ENTIRE DOWNSTAIRS OF MY HOUSE!!! Can I get a whoop whoop?? Oh yeah...let's hear it for SUPAH MOM!!! And tomorrow.....I clean the upstairs. And boy does the downstairs part of my house looks awesome...if I don't mind saying so myself...which I certainly don't. There's nothing like the sense of gratification that a melencholy-neatfreak-perfectionist (in the best sense of the word...if there is such a thing ;)) gets when she gets something accomplished that she's been wanting to do for so long. It feels so good....kinda like a nice, long, lazy stretch for those of my less ambitious readers. And so anyways, that's the major highlight here in the Rader household.

My baby's walking now. Though not exclusively, I must say. And only about a week and a half left until his 1st birthday...wow...time flys when you're having fun. Did I say fun?

I did get an email today that about made me blow my top. Okay...I blew my top. To the computer. I think I saw sparks flying from my vicious finger tips as I spewed out an icy reply. I had to go back and edit and I admit...I didn't send it. I thought I better consult my better half first, as well as wait it out. I'm far too impulsive to go responding to hate mail responsibly. Oh but I saved it. With every intention of sending it later :) We'll see. All I have to say in response to this madness is ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

And that's my rant for the day. Thanksgiving is coming up soon, and I'm so excited to spend it with family! Lots to be thankful for this year...
