Though None Go With Me

I saw this movie last night. I bawled my eyes out through most of the entire thing. I am such a sucker for romance *sigh*. What an amazing movie!!! If you haven't seen it, I would definitely recommend it. I won't give away too much of the movie for those of you who haven't seen it, but the film certainly left me wondering how one soul could endure so much heartache; one soul in particular that gave her life in service to the King. Despite the heartache, sorrow, tears, and disbelief the movie brought on, I found myself thankful that Christ will never leave us nor forsake us (Heb 13:5), though others in our life may. This movie is the ultimate example of how having a relationship with Christ doesn't mean we don't (or won't) face heartache, struggle, disappointment, and out-right unfairness. Such is the world we live in. But praise be to God that we don't have to go it alone!
